The hotel was in a convenient location, close to the Fox River Mall and other businesses for shopping and other needs. The rooms were a bit more run down than expected, but they were clean and well lit. The service was a mix with some staff going out of their way to help while others were not as accommodating. The dining experience was excellent, offering plenty of choices. Overall, the fair price compensated for some minor inconveniences.
